Refund policy

• Pack credits never expire: what you buy stays on your account until you use it. Plan credits roll over every month while your plan is active, and stay usable 30 days after it ends.
• You are only charged for useful results. A result marked unknown, or an address with a syntax error, gives its credit back automatically.
• You can try everything first with the free credits you get when you create your account.

Credit packs are one-time purchases of digital credits that are available immediately. Purchased credits are not refunded, whether or not they have been used.

• You can cancel a monthly plan at any time, in one click from your billing page.
• After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and then it does not renew. No further payment is taken.
• The current month is not refunded, and credits already added to your balance are not refunded. They stay on your account and remain usable forever.

If you were charged by mistake (for example a duplicate payment) or a technical problem on our side prevented you from using your credits, write to us within 14 days and we will make it right. Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund, that right always applies.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund under the exceptions above, contact support@confirmail.io or Paddle directly through the link in your receipt. See also our terms of service.
